According to the Rebuilding Plan of Civil Service Facility, Civil Administrative Office of Sichuan Province has scheduled the arrangement to each concrete program. It was decided to rebuild, build and remedy 103 social welfare institutions (56 of them belonged to national planning program) within two and half years, and 1047 resthomes (475 of them were listed to national planning program). Besides, 15,763 civil service facilities, including salvation station, funeral home, village and resident committee, etc. would be rebuilt, built or remedied.
According to the principle of ¡°people¡¯s livelihood comes first¡±, 280 resthomes and 34 welfare homes would be continued to rebuild within this year. Rest of the projects would be finished before the end of 2010. Currently, local relevant departments are working on the implementation planning for launching a group of key projects in Sichuan Province.
